Winnie Lee 李敏琪

Winnie is the Director of Operations at the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA). She is an immigrant from Hong Kong. Winnie’s work in the community has been past President of Volunteer Victoria and past President of the Victoria Chinatown Lioness. She is the Co-Chair of the Premier’s Chinese Canadian Community Advisory Committee as well as a member of the BC Chinese Canadian Museum Working Group and the Victoria Lee Association.
